Local or Regional 2007 Web Design Contest

Welcome to the SkillsUSA Web Design Committee’s web site. This site is to help you deliver the local or regional Web Design Contest. There are two parts to the local/regional contest:

  1. The practicum whereby student teams design and develop a web site based on the purpose, description and requirements of a hypothetical or existing organization or company
  2. A written exam to assess the individual team member’s basic knowledge of web site design, development and administration.

The World Organization of Webmasters (WOW), in cooperation with SkillsUSA, hopes to challenge each of the web design competition contestants in a way that will ultimately prepare them for the rigors of a competitive work environment of Web professionals.
