WOW Announces Web Professional Tutorial in Conjunction with International World Wide Web (W3C2) Conference
Folsom, CA. March 22, 2006: The World Organization of Webmasters (WOW) announced today that it will be conducting a one day tutorial with WOW certification exam option May 23, 2006 at the at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Edinburgh Scotland in conjunction with the International World Wide Web Conference Committee’s (W3C2) annual event.
David Leip, Chief Technology Officer and Agile Methods Advocate and Devan Shepherd, CEO & Chief Technical Officer of XMaLpha Technologies and noted author, developer, trainer and XML, Web Services guru will co-present current best practices in Web development and design at the international event.
The one-day tutorial provides a survey of contemporary design & development technologies and how they can serve you. It will cover the current thinking about contemporary Web development, including clarifying buzz terms such as AJAX and Web 2.0. It will help you to understand the benefits of web standards and best practices, and learn how technical and ROI performance improves with their implementation.
